As you drive through the small village of Ravne v Bohinju, you’ll have a beautiful view of the Julian Alps, guiding you the entire way to the abandoned ski slope (unfortunately no longer in use).
The asphalt turns to a dirt road. Is this right? Should we really go up here? It seems so deserted. Don’t worry, the road is perfectly passable, and it’s only another 500 meters through the forest until you reach your vacation destination. On the left, you’ll see Karavla appearing above the road. Here, you take a left turn to park your car in front of the house.
Once you’ve unpacked and woken up refreshed from the journey, you step out onto the balcony and take in the serenity.
