This is our largest apartment and is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs. Ideal for 2-4 people, including those with dogs.

A spacious entrance of 10 m² with two large closets provides plenty of storage. The living room (25.5 m²) at the front of the house features a newly equipped kitchen, dining area, seating area, and a 2-person bed (1.40 meters). Includes bed linen (for guests with dogs, see terms and conditions), bath and kitchen towels. The living room opens to a 4 m² balcony with a view of the forest.

There’s a new bathroom with a shower (3.5 m²) and toilet. There’s enough space under the sink to store your belongings. Toilet paper is provided. The boiler holds 200 liters.

Additionally, there’s a separate bedroom (15 m²) with two 1-person beds (1 meter). These can be arranged separately or together. There’s also a closet for storage, and this room has a 4 m² balcony with a view of the Julian Alps.
